We are Open!

Updated: May 30, 2020

Following the new guidelines published by College of Podiatry and HCPC, our Polegate clinic is now open to ALL podiatry patients following a telephone triage.

As mentioned in our previous blog post, we are following strict cleaning policies for the protection of both our staff and patients, and leaving bigger gaps in between appointments to allow for this and to minimise face-to-face contact between our patients. Each podiatrist maintains rigorous personal hygiene standards as well as using full PPE for every patient interaction. We use disinfectants across the whole clinic to ensure a safe and clean environment. After each use, all podiatry instruments receive the highest level of medical sterilization available.

We are asking our patients to wait outside the clinic until their designated appointment time at which point the podiatrist will let the patient in and offer them hand sanitiser or a place to wash their hands. Upon leaving the clinic, the patient will be offered to wash their hands again.

If you require a podiatry appointment, please call the clinic on 01323 301480 for one of our podiatrists to assess you over the phone before booking you in.

Please note that our Burwash clinic will not be reopening until 7th July at the earliest. Please contact us if you require a home visit.

Take care and stay safe.
