If you've had an appointment with us, then you would have received a friendly telephone reminder from Daniella before your appointment. I am friendly, caring and reliable.
Do you have any hobbies outside of work? If so, what are they?
Outside of work, I enjoy walking my 2 cockapoos, spending time with my family and reading.
How long have you been working at Podiatry & Wellness Clinic?
I have worked at Podiatry & Wellness Clinic since July 2020.
What is your favourite thing about working at the clinic?
I don't have one favourite thing about working at the clinic; I enjoy it all. I love working with such a friendly team and I enjoy getting to know our regular patients.
Describe a typical day as a medical secretary at Podiatry & Wellness Clinic.
A typical day is welcoming our patients, answering the phone, sending emails and phoning our patients to remind them of their appointments, but no two days are the same.
What advice would you give to someone who wanted to be a medical secretary?
The advice I would give is to go for it as it is a lovely job.
